We all love our toaster oven – it can handle anything from bread to chicken, but it can also become very dirty. Follow this golden tips to help you restore its shine in under 10 minutes. Make sure to do all the steps below with your oven unplugged.

1 – Eliminate any crumbs

Take your oven to the sink or trash and shake all the crumbs and food away.

2 –  Move on to the rack and pans

Remove them and all other removable parts with a general cleaner, and with a non-abrasive sponge, scrub it to get all the gunk off. Then rinse and let it dry.

3 – Move on to the oven itself

Spray some more cleaner on your sponge and clean the inside, staying away from all heating elements. Never spray the oven directly, but don’t forget to clean the exterior and the glass door. You can also use a vinegar and water solution to clean the glass.

4 – Wait until it’s completely dry

Wait about 5 minutes to make sure your toaster oven is completely dry before turning it on again.
